At Bridger Pole we are passionate about making your ideas a reality. The typical outdoor enthusiast knows gear is often make it or break it and has lasting effects on every adventure. Everyone has ideas on how to improve existing gear or what would make life better in the back country. We take your rigid ideas, pragmatic concepts, silly thoughts and delusional dreams to improvise, improve or invent. To design and create solutions to your problems is what we live for at Bridger Pole.
Bridger Pole derives as much fun and function from outdoor gear and gadgets as possible. We offer initial concept development, design solutions based in reality and practical manufacturing options. Currently embedding imagination products into ski/trekking poles is our focus, however we can design and build anything. If you have a problem we have a solution it all starts with a conversation.
Concept Development
Before anything the limitations and expectations of all concepts must be established to move forward. Research, sketches and meticulous series of questions is required to take an idea to fully a developed concept and/or product.
Computer Modeling
Using latest software Bridger Pole can model 3D object from jewelry size to large building projects. In addition to mechanical and architectural software we can also simulate differential chemical and thermal properties.
Prototyping
Proof of concept is required before larger investments into production are considered, enter the prototype. From part models to completed assembly and prototype testing Bridger Pole implements real world decisions and applications. We believe there is very little we can't make, break and/or fix with imagination.
Manufacturing
Completed design concepts often require scaling up manufacturing to produce quality products at reasonable costs. Frequently sourcing appropriate suppliers and producers is the end goal.
